Refund policy

At Aarnaé, we do not offer returns. We only provide exchange in the following cases:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

Conditions:

• Exchange request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
